A servant or attendant of Master Fan who is sent to fetch Song Liangzuo after school. He is described as holding an inkstone when he encounters Song Liangzuo on his way. He tells Song Liangzuo that the Master sent him and instructs him to come along. He leads Song Liangzuo through the Fan family's inner courtyard to Master Fan's study.
