Minor character, Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Justice. He was notoriously arrogant with a loose tongue and had long shown veiled criticism toward the Celestial Master's Manor publicly. He offended the Celestial Master at his own doorstep, which led to his formal resignation from his post. His downfall was seen as proof that whoever provoked Yu Changfeng never came to a good end.
