Antagonist and leader of a group of male survivors in the wasteland camp. He bullied Shi Ersao while her husband and brothers were alive, and continued to harass the Shi women after their deaths. He plotted to assault Shi Ersao while she was blind and vulnerable. He is described as cruel, opportunistic, and representative of the predatory behavior toward weak women in the wasteland. His elder brother Chen Da was killed by Shi Yuebai.
