He claims to be studying abroad part-time, earning his own tuition of 220,000 per year, with a sick mom, an abandoned dad, and an old grandfather. He is outgoing and introduced himself first to Zhu Yu on the school bus. He cooks for himself because he cannot afford to eat out.
