A member of the Cha family, likely Cha Jiuzhang's uncle. Jiang Gannian asked him to go wake up Jiang Jianhua. He also smacked his son (Cha Jiuzhang) on the back of the head and told him to bring tea for the grandfather and guests. He then strode off to find Jiang Jianhua.
