He shot and killed a short man on the spot to intimidate Wu Dayong's group. He threatens to cut hamstrings and throw uncooperative people to zombies. He led his group to attack the shelter, killing several people including Tian Hui's husband Old Jiang. Also referred to as Brother Scar.
