An enormous, grotesque waterlogged ghoul with human outline but bloated and decayed flesh. It has a stench of rot, split and peeling flesh, and a swollen face. It dangles severed heads and has a writhing worm in its milky eyeball. It was knocked flying by Yue Yin's punch and later hid behind a rock, trembling in terror.
