The leader of the Black Serpent Society who watches the torture of the silver wolf coldly. Ordered the silver wolf to be skinned alive and left outside to die in the sun. Showed fear when realizing Otis had arrived but quickly forced a smile and suppressed his unease. The silver wolf considered this leader the most terrifying of all humans.
