A bald man with extensive chest tattoos and dark skin who leans against a table smoking. He is the leader of a group of thugs and is in cahoots with disreputable nightclubs. He wanted to force Su Ai into prostitution to make money for him and paid Li Jianbing to get her into gambling. He has a dozen or so henchmen who are muscular men with tattooed arms.
