The factory owner and protagonist, also referred to as Mr. Esses by others. She is a young woman with an inventory system that allows her to store and retrieve items. During the fight, she casually eats pie, bread, cookies, and jerky while combatting attackers. She is described as a self-proclaimed cooking genius, though her creations are notoriously terrible. She has a close relationship with Mrs. Hudson, calling her Auntie. She is eccentric, quick-thinking in battle, and uses her own failed cooking products as interrogation tools. She also ransacks the boss's lair claiming it as justice.
