Also called Mr. Charlie. A foreign technical engineer from Country D who came to repair machinery at the city machinery factory. He is 1.9 meters tall with a big build. He holds grudges and sought revenge on Su An after she beat him the previous night. He made outrageous demands including $10,000 payment and that Su An sleep with him. He was punched by Su An and threatened to report her to the police.
