Very nice plot.Actually giving the readers who to hate in Chapter 1 is a great way to to start a story in this case it was LuchenEverything is a 10/10 except the tenses in the writing like some words were used in present tense instead of past tensebut overall it's good

Okay can we just talk about the sibling dynamic here because I am SOFT for it. Cen Wu beating up Luke after he nearly dropped a boulder on her? Iconic. Absolutely iconic. She literally just woke up, saw a rock in his hand, and went full berserk on him. And his response? Not arguing. Just letting it happen because apparently even a six-year-old with mind control powers knows when to pick your battles. That man walked away with a swollen face and still led the way to keep her safe. He promised Mom he'd bring her home. That's not hostility, that's just... Luke being Luke. The hand-holding scene though? I'm not okay. They're stumbling over rocks, his foot nearly gave out, and she catches him without a word. No apology, no 'sorry I beat you up,' just... hands clasped and moving forward together. That silence between them says more than any heartfelt speech ever could. And Cen Wu packing those extra Healing Factors into their backpacks after her dad casually tossed them to her? She didn't say anything about it. She just did it. The way she looks at her family — like they're the most precious thing in the world after living nine years locked in a cold room — it hits different when you know what she's coming from. 'I can help Mom carry the meat back!' she says so proudly. One ton of meat. She has no idea what she's signing up for but she's so damn eager to contribute. This family is weird, dysfunctional in the healthiest way, and I would die for them.
There seem to be many comprehension errors throughout the book. But the story in itself is good and a change to the advised woman novels going around
