the book is awesome but we need more than one chapter a day
The story is becoming increasingly predictable, and it’s no surprise that the male protagonist, Seiya, is the invincible and overly critical hero who consistently outsmarts his opponents with an endless array of plans. While there is some humor in this adventure series, I’m starting to feel that the goddess character, Lista, is becoming redundant. She seems to exist only to display foolishness and cause annoyance to her companions. Perhaps there will be a chapter in the future that highlights Lista’s significance to the overall storyline. For now, it remains a unique tale.
I've given a high rating due to my curiosity about the novel's progression and the captivating personalities of the main character and his companions. The intricate relationships and dynamics among the characters have piqued my interest, particularly the conflict between the MC and the little wolf. I'm eager to witness their evolving dynamic. There's still much to uncover about the MC's background and story, and I fervently hope the translation continues. I appreciate the MC's tough exterior that conceals a caring nature.
However, I must issue a caution: readers should be aware of the violent and dog-fighting content in Chapter 7, which is portrayed from the antagonist's perspective. Although I initially read it a few years ago, I suggest giving it a skip or being prepared for an intense scene. Despite this, the fact that wolves cannot consume chocolate is an amusing detail...

The narrative is fantastic, with well-developed characters possessing depth and personality. However, I felt that the ending was hasty and forced. I would have appreciated a more in-depth exploration of their conversations and interactions after the conflict, perhaps through additional chapters. Many readers might be put off by the main character's (ML) relationship with his partner, but here's a spoiler:
The ML doesn't actually date his partner for love; he uses them as a pawn to catch the antagonist. Their relationship isn't as affectionate as portrayed earlier. The ML has loved the protagonist (MC) since childhood, and his actions aim to clear the MC's parents' name. What I admire about the ML is that he's not the self-sacrificing type; he believes it's better for them to die together than for one to survive alone, causing pain. He deeply regrets making the MC feel hurt when he saw them with his "fake" partner and even experiences trauma from the MC's disappearance.
In the climax, the ML catches the MC, they argue or communicate, and eventually, they become intimate. They form a unique bond where sharing their life forces means if one dies, the other follows. The story doesn't delve into the specifics of their remaining time together, but they find happiness in their reconciliation and decision to live as a couple.
Overall, despite the initial partner storyline, which might upset some, I found the story compelling and engaging. The MC's badass nature, despite his depression, adds an interesting dynamic. I enjoyed it so much that I paid for the completed chapters, giving it a solid 5/5 rating.
The writing is delightfully well-crafted, accompanied by a compelling storyline. The portrayal of a healthy relationship shines through in the witty, charming, and thought-provoking conversations, which tackle realistic issues with practical solutions. This is my first BL novel that I've thoroughly enjoyed, each chapter bringing a smile to my face. It offers a refreshing perspective on male relationships, free from toxic dynamics, both psychological and physical. A true revelation, I wholeheartedly recommend this book to all BL enthusiasts. The main characters are uniquely endearing, making it impossible not to root for their success. One can love them without hesitation, feeling genuinely happy for their journey.
A bit, but I would recommend stacking more for sure, as the next arc seems to have just begun
