As of chapter 30, the story is looking really interesting and great. Normally I would not read sports novels sknce I find them boring but this one holds my attention.

Translation quality is mediocre to bad, world building sucks, characters are plain boring, this reads like a 12 year olds first attempt at a webnovel, and yet it's one of the most viewed out of this batch, i'm disgusted by the low quality tastes of this websites readers.
Currently read enough to write this review. The author did a great job in making the start enticing. Although the start is pretty slow, but hey what makes a great structure is its foundation.(pros and cons at the bottom if this is too long)
I'll start with the MC. He had some dark sht past. In his past life he has been dubbed as a hero because he never killed anyone. Until he was betrayed by most of his friends whom he once protected (protected them from what? go and read the novel). He got reincarnated into a cultivation world as an adopted son of a patriarch. He also grew massive trust issue (well who wouldn't) and is now a lot more careful. If you have questions about his real family and if he cares for them, well they are not shown yet but hopefully soon(yes I am also excited for some familial fluff).
The few characters that have appeared are well written. They are not flat. They are not those types who just sit on the side and cheer from what I've read. I can already see that this is not a one man army novel where the mc takes on the whole world alone.
The harem is not rushed which is good. I can see that the author is planning on building a proper solid relationship with the potential harem member(s).That means r-18 will come a bit later(But Im sure author wont fail us when the time comes.). From what I said you can already guess that the romance in this novel is going to be great.
The world building is amazingly done so far and has lots of potential. The mysteries being served to us are like a box full of treasures but you cant open it, it makes you want to dig into the authors brain and unveil them. I'll probably retract this review and write another one once more chapters are out.
So to sum it up
Pros:
1. The story is written well with its fair share of mysteries.
2. The harem is not being rushed
3. The world background is currently on its infancy but its got tons of potential
4. So far the characters that have shown up are well designed. For the development we'll have to see in the future

A must read story for harem fans. A good romance story but not for those who are coming after VRMMORPG tag.
long review:
pros:
1) Author did a nice job in romance here. A 'true hidden gem' for harem fans.
2) This is a little dark novel. But also has fluffy side. Contradictory huh? Read it and you might understand.
3) One word for world building: FANTASTIC! With put real hard work in creating the plot and the mystery. This world still after so many chaps is a mystery.
4) I love the writing format of the novel. Especially those moments of system (not a spoiler since it's in tags) but yeah! I loved it..
5) Characters created by the author are awesome! They all feel real, they have their own personalities and ambitions, something many authors of these days lack.
6) This novel surprisingly contains humor. Yeah ik there is a comedy tag, but despite the tag most of the novel do stupid jokes.. like fart jokes and the likes. This one I truly enjoyed the comedy moments.
7) the interactions between the characters are awesome!! This is how conversations in reality takes place, something which cannot be easily portrayed! The interactions between the mc and his girls never failed to put a smile on my face at the end of the chapter
8) I love how the author released few chaps with his girls POV (tho mainly focused on FL, but still a plus)
cons:
1) [NOT REALLY A CONS] As mentioned above this novel has a dark side despite the fluffy romance moments. (This depends person to person, for me a pro)
2) [NOT REALLY A CONS] No probs with updates. My basic requirement with updates is (7ch/d for og) & (14ch/d for tl). But this is my personal scale so you might as well ignore it.
3) There are few typo errors. No prob with grammar.. (well there are prob with pronoun at the last chaps i read like mistaking mc for she) but mainly spelling mistakes and misplacement of words.
4) The writing.. I already mentioned many times in my comments but it is confusing few times who is speaking what.
5) Even though the interactions are awesome, we many times fail to grasp the emotions and facial expressions of the characters, since it's never mentioned what expressions the characters really have on their face.
6) pacing i felt sometimes it was little slow. It would have been better if it was a little faster.
IMO:
- maybe if the confusion of who is speaking which line is reduced it might become a better read

so far, this is the first book I've come across on Webnovel that doesn't look like an ******* writer had some free time to spare.

All in all, it's a great story.
It has a good story, and I haven't found any big flaws.
It has great characters with realistic personalities, many times better than you would expect from a novel here on Webnovel...
The translation is spot on and I have not found any obvious grammatical errors, nor have I seen any awkward wordings (although I'm not a native English speaker).
I am certainly recommending this novel.

This Sci-Fi story is absolutely amazing! Simply a gem.
I am a good fan of fantasy cultivation novels but this book is something I definitely would read over and over again without getting bored.
Story is well-paced and the characters are lovable. Author's english is superb and this gives a smooth and enjoyable experience when reading.
Also, the author's skill at giving descriptions is excellent and this evokes a beautiful mental imagery.
Greatly interested to see where the story goes.
I only hope the author can reveal where the static that causes the mutation came from. Perhaps it is what we would discover ourselves as we read the story.
Definitely a must read!!
