if anyone wants a actual understanding of the book before reading the story check the reviews. I don’t know why but the cs here keep hating and comparing it to lotm. In my opinion the con of this story starts slow until it moves to the next arc and they explain the power system more, because the power system is very complex. However while reading you can tell that cuttlefish was heavily inspired by this work of his when he made lotm. in summary the greatest strength of the story is the power system and the main point of the story.

What's with the introductions, this iz killing meee
China the best. School gambling. Minimal teacher intervention, and a student running in the field in middle of classes yet no teacher ever questions why, a blatant bullying. A teacher watched as a student nearly punched a running student but did nothing. The hell!!! And is there even a security guard in there? I get that this is a novel but fuck, that's a school ground not a training field for some mercenaries.
