The initial arc has a sluggish pace, but it compensates with engaging action and well-developed characters. The direction of the story is impressive as well. Its primary purpose is to introduce the setting and key figures, gradually establishing a foundation.
Starting from the second arc, the storytelling becomes clearer and more focused. New characters bring a fresh dynamic to the narrative. However, my main issue lies with the release schedule, which is quite slow. I crave more content and would appreciate if chapters were released at a faster rate, ideally three chapters per day. My anticipation is high, and I'm eager for more updates without delay.
The first 20 or so chapters were a delightful break from the norm, blending humor with an engaging freshness. However, the narrative quickly took a disappointing turn. As the protagonist's luck seemed to run endlessly, accumulating美女 (beauties), treasures, and dominating without challenge, this "villain" proved to be more of a one-dimensional character. His supposed ruthlessness was reserved only for minor supporting roles, leaving me feeling let down. The story claims to revolve around defying the divine favorites, but if the main character is, in essence, indistinguishable from them, what is the point of the story?
Will we finally get to know the girl in the cover pic?
