After reading half of the chapter, I had one question: Does the author know what pronouns are? In each (well, almost) paragraph, the hero's name is mentioned more than twice. And to protect my eyes, I decided that with this work we are not on the way
Thank you for this novel. At the beginning I was reading the reviews that said the base of the story is going fast, and yes to me that would be true if the focus of the story is the cultivation part of Mc. I feel like even though the Mc of the story is Qai and his goals that he is trying to achieve, this story is also about his family as a whole and its transformation to a great sect within their generation which is the dream incision by our Mc. So if the author slowed down the development of the story then I am afraid the story would not be as interesting as it is now.
So dear author thank you for your hard work and please keep on sharing your story as you envisioned it and we will be glade to follow this world you created.
I wasn't going to do a review because it feels like cheating but all the others writers say they did it so here I am. I was surprised by how many people were interest in this strange story I came up with to join the competition. I didn't even get it out in time too enter so I had written it off. Yet now it's way more popular then Iron Will Reaches the Heaven which was the story I wanted to write most. This gives me mixed feeling but I'm glad people are enjoying this. I literally have no plan and am just making it up as I go for this one. Please stick with me on this unusual adventure!
Will there be multiple partners or one partner. ?????? ,......................
What's the end game. ????? Rule the world or casual *** till death ????? The updates are regular which is really good.
read 41 chapters at a time (the chapters are not large) interesting, even though the hero is dumb for his age............................................
An actually decent novel. Although the MC is your run of the mill slightly unhinged Chinese protagonist, I think it works well and complements the plot so far.
He's not offensively bad, I don't cringe at him or his decisions but instead find myself in agreement with his decisions most of the time, as of right now his gimmick is something like "in spite of his unconventional rationality, his decisions do end up paying off to varying extents" or something along those lines.
For example, he had no reason to fight the sea beasts other than entertainment but that ended up working in his favour as "training".
It's a teeny bit forced right now but I don't really mind, stuff like this could end up being an entertaining gimmick if executed properly, it'd much rather have his slightly unconventional thought process stay than him just completely turning bland.
We've got some standard system tropes, I'm not sure if he can lose his fishing rod or not but even if he could, I doubt it'd happen for real, this is (in spite of the usual dark Chinese undertones) a relatively laid back novel after all.
The whole premise while not very original isn't completely uninspired, it's quite alright and makes for some satisfying progression. This coupled with the protagonist's inconsistently eccentric personality could make for some entertaining shenanigans in the future but we'll have to wait and see.
At the end of the day this is just a respectable novel with a relatively original premise, world and cheat. As long as the protagonist doesn't get bland or the plot repetitive, this'd be my cup of tea. I hope this gets picked. 3.5/5
I like how the story isn't flooded with just adding disciples. however, character development is a major weakness
Try this out. You won’t regret it.. Story is amazing
Great story so far hop to see more.
I hope everyone is doing great.
Can't wait for more chapters to come out.
I don't know who could handle everything he goes through.
Fun to read I like the main character’s attitude against anyone that would go against him. Pretty satisfying when he put them in their place.
increíble historia, aunque sería mejor si se subiera más a menudo
Ill be the first to explain I guess. The book is more of a scholarly article on society, at least the first and only chapter is. It talks of relationships between competitors and team members on a deep scale often using excerpts from literary giants such as Homer and The Art of war to put forward its points. It is fascinating to read if you are interested in the topic or scholarly articles. The writing quality is very good and even satisfying to a degree. There however is no story, no characters, no world, nothing, zilch. So the rating I can give this book currently is only so much. If a story is produced with writing quality at the level of the first chapter and the other categories can be up to par then this book might even become famous. Keep it up author.
One last point, the first chapter is extremely long. This is not a result of the content being large but the author has copy pasted the same article over and over again for a reason which I cannot guess.
