I tried RI and couldn't stomach it. It's the kind of novel where the MC is a complete loner, a lunatic, and refuses to properly communicate with anyone. Not to mention, it feels like every single other character is out there to plot against him and kill him. There isn't a single reasonable person in MC's path, and he makes no friends. It got boring real quick and I had to drop it.
I've read the whole thing without a break for a week. Its one of those novels where the Mc is dope enough to keep you engaged but sometimes his character makes you question your own. Read it and you'll understand what I mean.
Overall I'll give it a solid 7.5/10
P.s. He's frustratingly doubtful of his own feelings a lot of times... a LOT of times

easily the best novel i've ever read, read up until chapter 582 a long time ago when 582 was the latest chapter and have been waiting since for more chapters to pile up before i read this from the start again.
there's just so much quality content here that those 582 chapters felt like 1000+.
don't mind the misleading tags and just read it.
also, the translator for this is awesome, support him if you can.
Why Harem ?
Nearly forgot about this novel until I saw someone like my previous comment. It's alright, and isn't bad in the slightest. I ended up getting tired of it, but the story is relatively refreshing. You end up learning a good amount of Buddhism, but it doesn't promote it, but uses it as a base for the protagonist to grow. Really fun to read, and I suggest it if you've got nothing better to do

Honestly I don't know how to describe this feeling that I am getting while reading this book but If I have to put my finger on it then it would be UNCOMFORTABLE I mean a lot uncomfortable ?
At first it was progressing well and nice when there was only one MC but then came our OG and that's where I started feeling weird, How MC teaches OG to make his own harem and how he even helps him. And then when Ayumi (a sub heroine) came in the picture and that's where my patience wore thin. I mean just look at how our MC (he himself) helped her (sub heroine) realise her fetish (being cuck queen) with OG. In my opinion it would have been best ( at least better than now) if you have let OG's story progress WITHOUT MC interference at all if you really were trying to create two MC's kinda story tho it would have been perfect if there was only one MC.
There are a lot other things I would like to say but I will stop here as it will discourage other readers
To Author: A question for you, suppose you were a READER of this story (not Author), how do you think you would feel when you liked our MC (story wise) and Ayumi (literally) both, and suddenly there is a third person (OG) who f*** Ayumi huh?....I don't think it would be anything less for what I am feeling currently i.e., only if you don't have any weird fetish LOL
