Yupz.. after that part of the story. Everything becomes very boring. Like, this novel was written by a different author. I was very disappointed when everything changed.
is this generic villainess reincarnation/transmigration where FL gets betrayed by her lover and then ends up with some other dude who has high ranking noble position and a bad reputation but they spend time together and he falls in love with her. or is this a unique take on this story template?

The main character indeed apologizes frequently. However, understanding the context – that Lewin faced severe abuse, constant belittlement, and was made to accept false accusations – helps in comprehending and skimming through the content more easily. It's true that, like other readers, I find the excessive apologies somewhat repetitive, particularly towards the end of Volume 2 (Chapter 302), where one might expect a slight reduction in this behavior. The issue arises when it starts to feel more like a cultural norm, making it difficult not to mentally tune out and remind oneself of his past trauma.
Fortunately, there are instances where other characters interrupt him or point out his excessive gratitude, but nobody has yet addressed his need for self-awareness and character development. As someone who也曾有过类似的过度道歉, I empathize, but it can be challenging to read about.
Nonetheless, I am enjoying the story overall, though I wish the conclusion of Volume 2 didn't feel quite as forced. A compelling training montage is always appealing, but it's crucial to respect the deceased and use their loss for character growth, rather than introducing a plot to revive them artificially.
While I'm not entirely against the forced changes of setting, I genuinely hope Lewin encounters more diverse characters in his journey. His reluctance to burden others often accelerates his personal growth when others step in, whereas his independent efforts progress slowly.
The opening tale was amusing and distinctive, but the romantic elements fell short of engaging. All love stories followed a predictable pattern: "I saw you, didn't feel anything, and suddenly I was head over heels in love." Coupled with the unreactive main character, this formula made the narrative拖沓，far exceeding its necessary length.

The protagonist, Frey, also known as Giga Chad, is a relatable and emotionally captivating character whose journey tugs at your heartstrings.
While Frey is undoubtedly the star, the supporting cast and especially the female main character (FMC), Serena, are equally well-developed. Her backstory is intricately designed, seamlessly intertwining with Frey's own story. The novel caters to the desire for a tragic hero who constantly endures hardships, which resonates deeply with me.
The translation is exceptional, although the updates might be slow; don't let that deter you, as it's a pace that allows for deeper appreciation of the narrative. Give it a chance – you won't be disappointed.
