People dropping this novel because of Nick don't understand the difference between "a badly written character" and "a flawed character by design".Nick is a VERY flawed character both due to his naivety and hypocrisy, but in terms of writing he's a very well written character.A bad written character is like a typical harem MC, who despite having a cuck personality still gets his way because of forced plot. Nick on the other hand is designed to be a character on path of self-destruction because of the impossible goals he set and all his terrible decisions have consequences that come back to bite his *ss.This novel is essentially a prequel novel of a Villain who went from a kind boy to what he is now because no one was there to correct/guide him on right path.

First of all I want to appreciate the author to come up with such a good plot for the story and secondly I would like to thank him to create such a perfect MC. The main character, Travis, is smart, clever, calculative and such a savage guy. He makes every move neatly ans precisely. The opening chapter of the book where we get to see the first glimpse of Travis is so well written. he totally mocks his teacher knowing how she would react and how the situation would turn out to be. No matter what the ball is always is in his court. And after he finds the book and Drey, he knew something could go wrong with him so he wrote a letter beforehand, just in case something happens. All I could say that it's so perfect I couldn't stop myself from reading. If there is an Oscar for best character then Travis would definitely get it. Guys do give it a read, trust me you won't be disappointed.

So this is novel isn’t really a system novel, but the MC has a system like, system thing from his master which is the author of this novel.The master is extremely op and is a rabbink. Now I know you guys don’t know what a rabbink is (shame on you) but you just have to look at the authors profile picture to get a look at what it is.Some aspects of the real world are included into the novel, such as a tablet which has the Webnovel app and also an app which I would assume is Playboy. The MC is even allowed to use the tablet to read webnovels. Honestly I don’t really see why this novel isn’t more popular. Probably because this type of writing is rare and people aren’t willing to give it a try. All the novels where the MC are weak in the beginning, but they are a genius, but they are poor, but they work hard to the top, with cultivation are honestly getting so tepetitive and boring, it gets hard to read. This provides a break from the norm.If I had to recommend an original it would be this. Best original webnovel on this whole platform imo.Definitely more I want to say, but I I’m mad tired.Mass release plz, just 40 chapters is all I want.
One great weird story it's worth to invest your time in it. Just don't try to find logics and leave your brain at home before reading this But it's really funny try it

Well, I get its military fiction as the previous reviewer mentioned and I like it. I often bookmarked such novels but never got to read one because it didn't hook me, this one on the other hand starts easy and you don't have to read through tons of world building chapters from the start, it has nice and one of the kind humour so I will stick with the author to see what's next, not to mention it's his first work so im expecting he will grow at a great pace as an author.
