'genius' and Korean are usually two red flags for me in novels but I will give it a try.
The dialogues and character interactions are overly clichéd and feel contrived. The only somewhat engaging character is the pet chicken/phoenix, but even its witty lines occasionally fail to ring true. The cultivation novel's tone comes across as particularly稚嫩, with juvenile insults exchanged between the protagonist and numerous conceited young masters.
The pacing is relentless, with the MC defeating one formidable opponent immediately followed by another, which is common in the genre, but better works manage to balance action with character growth. The romance feels forced; the female lead conveniently possesses an ability that aids the MC's strength, leading to their sudden connection. While it's not a love-at-first-sight scenario involving a love potion, the development lacks authenticity, leaving room for improvement.
Someone recommend a novel that has academy arc but not to much. I read novels extra and the authors pov
I also noticed something, but need someone to double check. I think the fight scenes are the ones with the new/bad writing style. Not sure why they would specifically change it up for the fights though.
It has characters from this novel in it
I finally finished it after a month of reading it
It gets boring near the end and I didn't like the ending, I forced myself to finish it
This is a harem tale featuring 12-year-old characters and explicit depictions of their interactions. Although there might be similar stories out there, I unfortunately came across this one. It should definitely carry the harem tag, even if the romance aspect isn't the main focus. If you doubt my claim or think I'm exaggerating, here's a quote directly from Chapter 23, which comes from an adult narrator's perspective:
Whether intentional or not, their close proximity led to unintentional physical contact that couldn't help but attract attention. Daphne's chest pressing against Skyler's left arm produced electric currents, while Meredith's soft blonde hair gently brushed his chin, leaving him with a tingly sensation. Despite acknowledging the girls' interest, Skyler realized he was not emotionally prepared for romantic relationships at such a young age, given the challenging times ahead.
Jk Rowling ...
I don't know why did she always have to hope that one of the Gu's will change. She's stupid. It's obvious that no one cares for the original host, then she's just there staring at them thinking that they will change..
This story is actually good. I got emotional on some of their lines. lol. But I prefer stories that solely focus on the FL and ML. But overall, still a good one to read. Though around halfway of the story, translation was bad, still you can understand their lines.
it is +18 because of what the globins do
it's good.. just don't disappear again though..
