I truly love it. If there is word to define what I feel, I will say it's about freshness. This story reminds me about a RTW fanfiction about being reincarnated as rock and wielding magic, except this one actually have original framework so it has more materials to develop. The only concern that I have is the sentence structure, it might be some residual dialect of the author that makes me have some difficulties to get the nuance being implied. I also found some sentences/phrases that I believe can be shortened/rephrased and still retains its intent. The need of the editor is quite high for this work, nonetheless the story itself is amazing, it's a really great take on the way of plant's life. Do you know that, after reading this story, I did self reflection about our treatment over plant and animal... I will add this, you might add a chapter about cultivation jargon especially the power level, to clear some ideas
A very interesting story.. Highly anticipated by me as well, i have been waiting for ages to see this authors next novel and here it is. And i am most certainly impressed
Terrific novel. Needs a little push so that people can see it for the gem that it really is. Highly recommend giving it a shot for mystery/detective work genre lovers.
This is the most trash novel I've ever read in my life and the that fact people are giving this novel 5 star's make me lose faith in humanity. In the very fist chapter it's made evidently clear that author is a very special person as in his mind literature is classified as a category of science. Then in next 30 or chapters the only close thing to a love rival to mc is the heroines fist cousin ya you heard me right pretty bad huh but oh it get so much worse. Not only is he the mc only clear love rival for the fist 30 chapter's but you get to read his cringe inner monolog about why isn't my fist cousin hooking up with me. Uuuuuuuuggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhggg. Sorry i was throwing up. Then the products of science seem to be everywhere without so much any explanation in a fictional world that's supposed to be without science and the magic system seems to be a combination between a cultivation novel and avatar the last air bender which only make the products of science in world supposedly without even more baffling. Want to know something even more disgusting this novel has an anime & manga. When dozens of novels billions of times better than this one don't have ether.

Okay so let me just process what I just read because my brain is literally vibrating. The emperor is playing 4D chess and everyone else is still learning checkers. Lin Yuanfeng literally made the treason evidence himself alongside Grand Tutor Liu Yuan—so this whole thing is a setup, a frame job on the most spectacular scale. And the imperial marriage decree? That's not a blessing, that's a noose. He's forcing Xia Xing'er into a political trap while simultaneously destroying Xuanyuan Yi. But here's what really got me: the three-year promise. Xuanyuan Yi knelt in the mud, probably straight from the battlefield, and asked for THREE YEARS to win special permission to marry only one woman. No concubines. Just her. And Liu Youran rejected him anyway. Rejected the man who would've given her daughter an honest life, because the imperial harem was too complicated. Irony is a cruel mistress. And now the emperor is using that exact marriage decree as a weapon. The timeline is beautiful in its cruelty—he proposed three years ago, fought his way to the border, came back, and the emperor is now using the marriage as the final blow. This plot is so tightly wound I can barely breathe. Every thread connects. Every character's past decision is about to collide with the present disaster.
