The story is interesting I like how it progresses, you could fair well with more character development or effort towards pacing and characters that are easier to relate to. It's hard to get really into it, but it's not bad. I like it and if anyone is a fan of weak-strong progression, I would assume they'd like it

This book shows promise but why do you hesitate to name characters? I had no idea who was talking to who in the first chapter. Also you might want to check over your paragraphs and slim them down.
