ok... second chapter. "Increcreas the pain index and cell destruction to 100%" wtf does that mean? if cell destruction was at 100% he would have been turned either to dust or to a pile a goo. how were they gauging these numbers? also the "how much pain can a human body withstand" was conducted already, or they wouldn't have a machine who's whole purpose is to cause pain in perfect increments up to the exact amount to kill a person that was already called 100%.
This is pretty good, the characters have same personality and speeches as they would in the manga/anime.But this story also makes me understand why Oda doesn’t want romance in One Piece… really doesn’t add to the story at all, just kinda makes it more awkward to read…
cant read this novel anymore. mc screams that he doesnt want to kill innocent people when its his fastest way to get stronger. Plus all these dumbasses holding on to some useless teachings made by their parents that are already probably fuckind dead. like no you can kill whoever the fuck you want, dont let no dead person tell you what to do.

I’m having so much fun with this one! Currently at about chapter 95, so time for a review. Absolutely love the lore of the world, especially as the characters leave the opening setting and venture out. It’s interesting and unique, and a great backdrop to a variety of adventures. Especially with all the creatures.
MC starts out with no particular grand ambition beyond pursuing his archeological dream, but he quickly gets wrapped up in more than he bargained for and becomes a reluctant hero. He obviously changes as the plot progresses. His archeology background becomes key to solving mysteries, more a brain-over-brawn beginning then evolving into a more powerful character.
I also find MC’s system very clever and exceptionally appropriate for this story. I like that it isn’t just a screen interface. Lots of potential while still having enough limitations to keep things interesting.
Side characters have distinctive personalities. Several mysteries are set there that I’m waiting to read more about… The main group is kind of a band of misfits. They feel unique, and I like the bond they form and the ways they interact. Be sure you read far enough to let the characters settle in to their roles.
In terms of writing, I have no problem feeling the atmosphere and emotions, visualizing the scenes, characters, creatures, etc… I think the author writes in a way that paints an accurate image without being overly descriptive or wordy. And the action scenes are easy to follow.
All in all, definitely recommend!

Great novel so far! Very satisfying story with decent character building. I’m hopeful for the future of this novel and hope you keep it up when you can. Truly a diamond in the rough with a lot of potential.
