lolol the ending tho- i didnt notice it was ending until i was on the second to last chapter and about to drop the story but then realized i only had one chapter left lmaooid give it a 6.5/10. it couldve been written better and i wish there was more sweet moments bc there was way too much unnecessary drama. also it pissed me off how they were blaming the mothers abusive behavior on depression, altho i havent been diagnosed im 99% sure i have some mental health issues so it was fucking offensive. very extremely offensive. maybe she has sum other issue going on but either way mental disorders are not excuses for abusing others and depression does not make you into an extremely abusive control freak who doesnt know that their behavior is WRONG. people with depression are more likely to hurt themselves rather than others. we know the difference between right and wrong like anyone else does. we dont suddenly abuse loved ones acting like we have no idea that we're abusing them. again, we're much more likely to isolate ourselves or engage in self destructive behavior rather than hurt others.also v weird how the main character who was actually displaying symptoms of depression got over it so quickly after meeting qin yang (idk i forgot his name already) again. a 3 year long depression does not suddenly go away like that alr? ok. tl;dr: i hate the inaccurate representation of depression written in this
First of all, I only read the free chapters.. I am not sure if I qualify to review this novel because I only read the beginning of the story, BUT what I respect the most of this novel is the author himself.. He is a very patient and has an extraordinary mindset and manner.. Well, most of the other authors, they are narrow-minded where they REMOVE ALL negative reviews instead of take them as constructive criticism to improve their skill and broaden their views.. It is understandable that not all are constructive reviews.. But I know some are, and most author still block or hide them..
So, don't misunderstand, I don't give this novel 5 star review because of the novel, but because of this author manner and mindset, he deserves this full rating.. He willing take all the criticism in positive ways.. I absolutely respect that.. Unfortunately, this novel is not for me.. I love fast pace novel with OP MC.. Just like the author said, "This novel is not for everyone".. Well, everyone have their own taste and reference.. So, I look forward to your next novel..

I am not really good at writing reviews but well I want to write a review for this book. I do enjoy reading the book and I feel that this book is well... good to read? like i said I am not too good at this but I would like the author to know that I like this book and wish that there would be more updates and longer chapters cause they kind feel a tad short.
Since I hear one of my titles, I give you five stars, may you reach the Nirvana Stage, trust me it took me 500 years of being imprisoned to reach that ****ty realm, and remember to knock down the Jade Emperor a couple pegs.
Just me or the description makes you think of "Bringing the farm to live in another world" or sth similar to that name(can't remember the exact name)
Same author that wrote Way of Choices. I love Way of Choices, but I hate the way it's written. If he has written this novel in the same way as Way of Choices. I might actually steer clear of it because it's absolutely infuriating.
According to the four chapters I have read, the story is quite intriguing and interesting. However, It could've been much more better if the author explained things slowly and let the reader understand everything properly. With proper descriptions and depictions of emotions, it could do wonders. To early to say, though.
And I must say the novel has a lot of potential if it's done right.

The way the author write is kinda unique, using himself as a narrator and describing the situation work. But it's confusing on it's own, the way the author use punctuation is a mess. And too much "tell" that make it bland.
But the story was good, the concept of revenge are neatly arranged with nerdy past of mc.
Overall, it's decent to read.
Interesting story.
There are a few grammar and spelling errors at the start, but its still pretty easy to read so that's not really a problem.
The original betrayal is quite... dramatic.
Like the guy was clearly using some voodoo curses to get to that situation lol.
The story seems fun enough and the new disciple character seems pretty fun.
It's a decent read.
