This novel might not be the right fit for those looking for:
1. Intense storylines with complex politics and thrilling action sequences, featuring strong and possibly heroic main characters, with a slow-burning romance (check out 'IDWTR' or 'Turning' for that type).
2. Deep relationship dramas à la Kpop style, involving misunderstandings and character transformations (try 'Define the Relationship' or 'Necromancer Survival' for that).
If you're open to a more low-key experience, "Sidekick Prince" could still be enjoyable. While the genre tags don't perfectly align with Naver's system, the book is described as 'Salvation' and 'Calm' in the original source, emphasizing character growth, healing, and a gentle romance progression.
A word of caution: the MC's journey might not be without its emotional moments, but there aren't many external conflicts. Conflicts are resolved through dialogue, making it a heartwarming read. If you prefer a more straightforward romance without typical misunderstandings common in KR BL, this might suit you. There's no toxicity, as both MC and ML are understanding and considerate.
As for the side stories, which recently wrapped up after 70 chapters, they provide depth and additional content, including steamy scenes, political aftermath, couple moments, and family dynamics. They're integral to the story, so if you're comfortable with mature themes, following them would enhance your reading experience.
Lastly, regarding mpreg (male pregnancy) content, it's limited to approximately 19 chapters (52-70) within the side stories. If you're not comfortable with that aspect, you can stop at chapter 51 of the side stories.

He's an avid dog lover, gaming enthusiast, chess prodigy, and top student, which equips him with a strategic mind on par with Cale, albeit with a tendency to overlook his own safety for the well-being of others. His plans often involve a mischievous smile, revealing his intentions to friends. He strongly believes in happy endings for all game characters, even going to great lengths, sometimes selflessly, to ensure their survival, despite the numerous deaths throughout the game.
The story revolves around daily interactions and complex relationships, weaving together numerous characters, both major and minor, to create a vibrant community at Silverlight High. This interconnected web ensures support and assistance are always available when needed. The protagonist's actions have saved countless lives that might otherwise have been cut short, earning him a reputation as a humble benefactor.
During a significant event called "Playerbase Concrete Collapse," even dedicated fans faced disillusionment due to the overwhelming number of character deaths. However, with their willingness to assist, he managed to achieve his goal – a game without casualties. As a passionate fan, this was his ultimate obsession.
Admittedly, the storyline may be clichéd and somewhat unrealistic, typical of a Chinese novel, but the characters are well-developed and make for an enjoyable, lighthearted read. Just try not to overanalyze the premise and you'll find it entertaining. While there are aspects that might raise eyebrows, like the MC being switched at birth and raised by an emotionally abusive adoptive mother, these plot points can be overlooked if you approach the story with a more relaxed mindset.
The MC's character development is a bit forced, as her godlike musical talent seems implausible given her neglected background. However, the novel uses her transmigration as a convenient explanation for this sudden talent. Additionally, the male lead's character is somewhat stereotypical, embodying the clichéd traits of a handsome, aloof CEO.
What stands out are the sweet interactions between the MC and her son, showcasing the joys of nurturing. It's a refreshing change from more complex narratives and can provide a mental break when your mind needs a rest, like during a stressful essay writing session.
