this is a really good story kind of fun to see how you're putting the story together it's kind of like how you're doing with it interesting and be kind of fun to see all the technology going to bring in
I wished i could have read this novel. it had a great premise as far as novel junk food is concerned. The translator however did such a horrible job that i had to give up inconsistencies left and right.
This story is annoying. Very annoying.
The theme of magi is great. After all, Warlock of the Magus World gave hope to despairing Chinese novel scene. Giving us a new template of protagonists.
But this story? It's irritating on so many levels. I'll just list them for simplicity's sake:
1. The body's old will still remains in the body. Which is the rationale for MC making down-right idiotic choices.
2. Everytime someone needs help the MC will be reminded of someone he cares about. Chubby man? Reminds him of his father. Little girl? Reminds him of his little sister. Mean-spirited girl? Reminds him of his older sister. He uses these excuses to act like a shining beacon of righteousness.
3. Superificial MC. First heroine introduced wears a mask. After he sees her appearance for the first time...he moans to himself that he should've been nicer to her. Not only that, his impression of her went up by 1000x.
4. The cheat should've just been a memory palace. But in effect it acts like a deity tier artefact. MC hit by psychological attack? Blocked. MC hit by dream spell? Blocked. The cheat conveniently saves the MC from every little thing.
5. The MC has no idea how to use his cheat at all. Instead of gaining a foundation by reading books, he choses to spend his time trying to chat up beauties. Sigh.
6. From time to time the MC will randomly preach socialist ideaologies. About how he believes there's non hierarchy in society et cetera.
All in all...this protagonist doesn't deserve to be a magus.
Pretty bad to be honest. The MC's knowledge of this world isn't very clear at all. I mean we know he has a library with all of his memories from the previous world, but it's not clear if that applies to the previous world or not. The library in question is also pretty nonsensical because the man isn't just reading memories you might expect. Dude seems to have a ludicrously large eclectic and convenient reading history to have stored in there.
Dude seems to take some ridiculous risks before really knowing much of anything about magic too. Part of that might be the author's inability to keep his knowledge of this world consistent or the way he acts for that matter. This is only by chapter 7 as well. I can only imagine this will get worse the more the story develops because it will be more stuff for the author to try and keep track of.
Yay! New book from the author of The First Order and Spare Me, Great Lord! Hope this gets picked. First Order was extremely awesome and I heard that this is the sequel of it. Not sure, might be wrong, but the novel should be good all the same.
Racist piece of garbage
I stopped reading after few chapters.before ending of a first chapter a bully/ silk pant came and stoping him from training.no physical attacks that time. same day after this bully see the mc practicing out side didn't do anything.next day after getting system mc decided to kill bully. and killed him infront of every one from school. yeah mc and Willian are just school boys.
ps: bully has a martial artist older brother and powerfull family behind him. so you know what happened next.mc go hide then comback and kill whole clan afterwards..( my guess .... )
This book took me quite long to finish until the recent 51 chapters. The writing quality is amazing, and each part of the dialog was very refined. I am surprised that Silver could create something this amazing, which got me hooked further.
The story is deep, without a hint of waste of fillers in between. Worthy of being another piece of a masterpiece that worth your time. Give it a try, and you'll know why I said so.
Hey author. Liked your work. This is my second time writing a review for your novel. the reason?
because I want to answer some of your questions.
first: yes, I liked Ryan's past about his traumatic "First girlfriend" experience. I would like to read more about it.
Second: The question you asked in your discord; about that, I would like to see Ryan turn into a vampire right away. but you said that that is not the main point here so it can't be done by changing the story's current plot. so let it be.
Third: The pace he's evolving is great. Ryan's Ring System is perfect in my eyes. it would be nice to see Ryan going on another plants to hunt monsters with his System. I hope you upload those chapters ahead in the story.
That was it from me. Thanks for the good novel.
I was really I trusted by the book and it was good all up until he brought the girl along. At this point the charcte has been “ asleep” for thousands of years if not hundreds of thousands of years. So at that point with all th suffering he has gone through basically torture I would think he would be an emotionless person literally after all he has gone through. But for certain people I would say it is a good book ,got to chapter 24. But sorry author the girl ruined it for me.
hmmmm. a bit boring but i like the cheat and its still early so im gonna follow it for now.............................................................................
