Once I picked up this book, I didn't stop reading it. The development, the plot, the characters, everything about this book is amazing. I'm completely hooked, good job to the translators and the authors. Thank you for all your hard work.Though, some arcs maybe be slow and not as interesting, I'm completely in love with the characters. The transition between the gaming world and the real world is fluid, it doesn't feel awkward at all. Honestly, I could write so much more but I don't want it to be too lengthy. Just give this book a chance, especially if you're a MMORPG fanatic. So much shameless in here ????.
Great novel but i dont like the the slave collar part ot just dosent sit right with me even though its just a novel and she dosent have any ill will towards protagonist instead she only helps him but i still dont like her putting a slave collar on mc And the stupid mc for not removing it after time was over and keeping it as a gift Come on Still a good read give it a try

Let me just say — the pacing in these chapters is absolutely ruthless and I'm here for it. You start with a HIGH-STAKES family confrontation (the Severance Letter, threats of broken legs, fingerprints pressed in fear), then immediately drop into survival mode (cave living, centipedes, snake stew), then pivot to Lin Jinyue's internal crisis about hygiene and the long road ahead, then — BAM — Lin Sanya almost dying, then crossbow blueprints drawn in dirt, then hunting scenes, then the Farm System activating with rabbits and fish, then a WHOLE meal being cooked while everyone else starves, and THEN Lin Youliang shows up with his entourage demanding food. That's like six major beats in what amounts to two chapters and none of it feels rushed. The author knows exactly when to slow down (Lin Jinyue's dazed moment after eating, her drawing on the ground) and when to accelerate (the whole Lin Youliang confrontation building to 'If you want to...' — which cuts off mid-sentence, classic cliffhanger). The only moment I wanted to skim was the Farm System notification spam, but honestly even that serves a purpose — it's the modern protagonist's internal excitement breaking through the ancient setting. The structure here is basically: crisis → adaptation → temporary relief → new crisis. And it works every time.
