Terrible translation in the beginning tbh
I'm quite astonished by all the negative reviews, as this novel holds a special place in my heart. I initially picked it up ages ago but misplaced the title. With only a few remembered tags, I spent quite some time searching on the platform until I finally rediscovered it. Finishing and reaching the conclusion was such a delight! It's relieving to know that another translation team stepped in after the original group disappeared from the web. No wonder I couldn't locate it in my previous searches. Although the main characters might appear somewhat overpowered (OP), they've earned their abilities through hard work and dedication, which I find admirable. The emotional connection between the protagonists is genuinely moving; it tugs at my heartstrings, especially during the bonus content, which sheds light on their initial meeting and shared history. I encourage others to give this book a chance, read till the end, despite some less-than-perfect translations. Compared to other Chinese novels I've encountered, it's quite comprehensible. Kudos to the translators for sharing this story with us!

This novel is not even worthy of being called junk food; it's straight trash. It's another reminder of why OP system-type novels are terrible. The main character is stupid, the side characters are dense, the world-building is poor, the pacing is even worse, and the "comedy" isn't funny; it just feels like I'm watching Amy Schumer's horrific stand-up. The glazing on this novel needs to be studied
