Wow.. fantastic story, with many ups and downs/twists and turns, and a hell of an end... any chance for a sequel or is this the end for dean and chip? Either way, amazing job author!

This was the most awful book I have ever read on here. The book started out very interesting but then the author took chapters from other books I have read and put them in this book. Nothing made sense. Take this book off the shelf. This book gets a 0 out of 10. What a waste of time
This was worth the time to read. Real characters, wonderful story, and yes, some tears. But totally worth it. I will breath to reset my emotions, and read it again to catch the details I missed the first read. it is that good of a story.
This story is the epitome of cliché. First of all, I am reading at chapters 500+ and I regret every minute I spent on this, hoping it would get better. Since chapter 200, the sword only evolves 3 ranks, and it’s clear the author realized how poor the progression was and decided to nerf the sword. Second, Fran is incredibly gullible, and while I understand she's only 12, why doesn't Master ever educate her? The number of chapters spent on her being a letter delivery service is frustrating, and she never says no to anything. Instead of hiding her powers and job, she announces it to the whole kingdom. Instead of hunting and getting stronger, 70% of the chapters are filled with meaningless political stuff. I don’t understand the need for all these useless arcs and dozens of side characters that bring absolutely nothing to the story. I would have been happy with a slower-paced novel and Fran at least reaching the age of 16 with some real character development, rather than cramming 550 chapters into less than 8 months of storyline. Another issue is that Master never takes the opportunity to sort out his skills, evolve, and set them properly. A lot of skills are removed later on, but why hasn’t there been a strategic few chapters on properly using their powers? All in all, this is absolute garbage and not even worth your time, as there’s no character development. The same 7 out of 300 skills are used in every fight, making them uninteresting for those who enjoy violent fights. Fran constantly puts herself in avoidable bad situations, but she just decides not to because she seems to have zero intelligence.
I'll be generous and give this a 4 because CasBrin's rating and comments on the novel don't make sense.
First of all, Wang Mei (the first wife) is not someone to look up to or say, "Look, be like her and pursue your dreams." No! She is a homewrecker.
Plain and simple.
She not only destroyed her own family but also tried to insert herself as the third party in her ex-husband's new relationship, pushing for him to divorce his current wife. When he refused, she married someone else out of convenience. Then, when she couldn't have a child with her current husband, she went back to her eldest son, who she had traumatized, demanding recognition. And she complains about her youngest daughter, whom she abandoned as a newborn, not recognizing her! How entitled can you get?
If I saw someone like this in real life, I'd want to punch her in the face.
Anyway, I won't argue with all of CasBrin's points because Paperballoon already did a great job addressing them. I just really hated Wang Mei.
Back to the novel, the first part is interesting, but it becomes incredibly boring after the exams. The story just flatlines from there, and even Meixiang's love life can't revive it. I'm not sure why.
It's an okay novel, nonetheless.
Try reading second coming of gluttony it written by the same author as memorize a nd it is completed

Well that incident is mc gets blackmailed by a bisch to date her for a month or else she will release fmcs identity oline , so for the sake of fmc he will do it ofc mc and fmc were not a couple then, but just few moments to become a couple , well that leads to misunderstanding between mc and fmc ,and tho they get together by 32 chaps but still mc getting blackmailed by a bisch made me lose my mind and i'mma out of it
No wonder it has low rating ,bcuz there are also few more annoying characters(soo damnn annoying that u want them dead) and also with many povs which makes it really bored
