It takes some "inspiration" from WoW. Kind of interesting premise, sort of shows what it would be like if some of the NPCs where actually players. Biggest turn off is the Pay-To-Win elements, because realisticly no one would play this game, he's like under lvl 10 and it requires 20 dollars to revive his character.
This is superb! I love transmigration, fantasy, action, and adventure stories. This one is such a complete package! The game like setting and the system were additions that got my interest the most. I like the MC, though he was thrown in a different world without any warning, still he remained strong. The plot is amazing. Looking forward for more.
Damn, this is a good novel. I was just randomly searching for system genre books and saw this. I read the synopsis and I got interested. Then when I read the book I got hooked. Recommend it to other readers there. This is literally a hidden gem.
Let me just start off with saying I only read to chapter 16. Ignore this if that irks you.Ok, I was first attracted to this novel due to its description and it’s genre, video games. I was expecting an international mercenary dunking on some kids that are touching guns for the first time. But the MC acts nothing like an experienced mercenary let alone one that is considered “international”. Whatever that means. He only has great aim and descriptions of being prepared and calm-faced. And the enemy players are pretty generic.Next, the game features. Everything basically costs money. There’s that feature where if you attack first, you turn yellow-named. And killing makes you red named. And it’s takes 3 days to turn yellow from red and 1 day for yellow to white. And that’s with 1 pvp point. And dying causes you to lose a level, a chance for an item unless you are red named which it then becomes 100%, and getting locked out of your account for 12 hours. Even if people are charging at you, unless they hit you, you are technically still out of battle.Next, story. It starts off already in the game for probably a month. We don’t get to see the MC in his world or transmigrating. He’s also already got fitted in with his identity. He has some connections and apparently lives somewhere high up on a building. Then some game stuff and he fights and offends one of the largest mercenary groups within the game with 10,000+ players. He’s a solo player btw so far. Which is 16 chapters. And there’s my review, I wasn’t invested enough to keep reading and seeing if this was better. So you can ignore this review if you were looking for a review with more credibility from more chapters read.
Why hasnt it been shifted to the voting pool even after so many weeks???????????????????????????????¿????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
It's really hard to rate this novel. At times it's worth 5 star, at times it's worth 1 star. Some developments are fairly good, albeit following the stereotypical chinese martial arts novel plotlines. The adventures are interesting and entertaining, even if almost every villains are cardboard villains (except the Xi Men family from early chapters, the author made a good move that has never been repeated afterwards.)But there really are times where the author's ability to pull bullsh*t developments out of his a.s.s is really infuriating. The developments in chapter 493 and even the ones from 10 chapters prior to that, are perfect examples, and similar things happened many times before that. It's really an absolute shame.
Honestly I have been wanting a novel from a young master POV for a long time and this is the first one I’ve found. It done so well too, I dont think ive ever laughed so hard during a novel. If you’ve ever been curious about what it takes to be a young master then look no further! This novel contains a comprehensive guide on how to be a steroptype. Thats right! Not all steroptypes come naturally like it does white people, some require dedication and training. For real, great theme and an absolute laugh. I will speed this up, dry humour, funny internal monologue, POV alternates between characters (its funny too), sterotypes/action scene are great!, female leads + romance is growing, young master is not dense to romance and not dumb. Cant wait to read more!
Was looking forward to Xiao Yan and Lin Dong meeting in this third book in the trilogy. Those two sort of working together solving their issues as they were left in book 1 and 2. Instead we get a new MC chasing another overpowered girlie. Is that all this author can come up with, rinse and repeat? How about truly finishing a story, instead of starting a whole new one? Gave this book a chance by reading close to 300 chapters and strangely enough the more i read the more crappier this story becomes. Very disappointing to say the least
Please resume the chapters! I've grown attachment to the book, so please dont drop it at least finish what you have started! The book is one of the best novels I have read for the past 5 years.
At last I just finished reading yesterday and I hope can look forward your next adventure in saving his lovers relatives and his own mom & dad and defeat all his enemies and Fate. Well done keep up your work I’m looking forward and all the best.
So interesting! I’m hoping for more chapters to see where is this book actually going…???.
