It was engaging and presented with a lighthearted touch, relatively shorter compared to other similar novels, in my opinion. This was a captivating encounter between a charming yet sharp-tongued female lead (FL) and her excessively doting, kind-hearted husband (ML). Unfortunately, the ML's affection seems to be lavished exclusively on the FL, treating others冷漠无情, with the exception of his grandmother. The author skillfully delivered satisfying scenes of conflict resolution.
What sets this story apart is the well-developed romantic tension, which evolves over a span of five to six years. Both characters are aware from a young age that they are not biological siblings, allowing their love to blossom without moral or ethical qualms. The FL, being an adult upon entering the story, accepts her position as the adoptive daughter and willingly falls for the ML, fostering a genuine romance.
