I wish this story is not leaning towards Stella and Marshall getting together. Please don't drag the story line of Keegan missing. There are still a lot of sub stories to tackle and I am specially interested to know who Coco's father is.

Sorry, sounds like a good story however it needs editing. There are too many grammar issues, he/she, him/her and tense issues. I couldn’t read more than a few pages.
Good story. Some short chapters but enjoyable
Can someone tell me...what chapter do they mark each other? I need some motivation to keep reading...don't get me wrong, it's a good story and the writing is great...I just tend to get overwhelmed with too much drama and my want to keep reading is dwindling.
The stakes in this section are deceptively simple on the surface—there's a girl being rude, a misunderstanding to clear up, a dinner to attend—but underneath all of it, the real conflict is Yan Zhao's internal battle with herself. She's spent her entire life believing she's not enough. Not pretty enough, not sophisticated enough, not worthy of standing beside someone like Gu Yu. And the moment those words are spoken aloud by the plump girl, that internal conflict becomes external and unavoidable. But here's what makes the conflict so tense: Gu Yu could have handled it differently. He could have been polite, dismissive, anything but what he chose to do. 'Did your upbringing get eaten by dogs? Apologize!' That's not just defending Yan Zhao—that's declaring war on anyone who thinks less of her. And the stakes for Yan Zhao? She stands to lose everything she's built in her mind about who she is and where she belongs. If Gu Yu truly sees her this way—if he truly values her—then everything she's believed about herself is wrong. And that's terrifying. The external conflict with Liu Manqing adds another layer. She's not just a rival for Gu Yu's affection; she represents the world Yan Zhao fears she doesn't belong in. Beautiful, sophisticated, accepted. And yet—Gu Yu chooses Yan Zhao. Every time. The suspense isn't whether he'll defend her (he will); it's whether Yan Zhao will finally believe it.
