This was my all time favorite, I’ve been struggling to find an equally romantic, possessive, and dirty story since finishing this one. I did end up reading it a few times though. Please create either a sequel or just keep creating, you are seriously talented ...️...️

I need to talk about this one detail because it stuck with me like a splinter. When Li Tong discovers that Xiong Ji actually washed her clothes by hand instead of using the washing machine in her Small World, she's genuinely surprised. And Xiong Ji's response is basically: 'In the future, Big Brother will wash them for you too.' This is such a small moment but it represents SO MUCH. The washing machine represents convenience, efficiency, the normal world. But Xiong Ji chooses the hard way — the personal, laborious, almost ritualistic way. He's not just washing clothes; he's performing an act of devotion. Every piece of fabric he handles by hand is a silent apology, a way of proving he's willing to do the ugly work to make things right. And then there's the hot pot itself. Five individual pots, each person cooking their own food, but all gathered together. It's a beautiful symbol of their situation — they're separate individuals with separate desires, but they've chosen to share a space. The storm outside forces them into this intimate proximity where they can't escape each other, and that's when the real dynamics surface. The flood is interesting too. Water as both destroyer and isolator. It strips away civilization — no internet, no electricity — and leaves only the raw relationships between these people. What's left when everything else is gone? Apparently, four men who would rather share one woman than lose her.
