the detail in the summary makes me suspicious of whether this book will be great but anyhow I want to read it when it's released
I'm on the Empress's side. It's too bad. There are lots of characters who would question why the Empress had to kill him or who would accept it as their sacrifice meant something. This guy is ignorant to the core. There isn't even much to avenge. If that's the case, after reincarnating he'll want to get revenge on everyone who caused his death in every life? I've seen characters who had it thousands times worse than him but never had pitted out [justice]. (In this case it doesn't sound like you could ever use that word. The background and reasoning for his actions lacks depth and logic). Guess I won't be giving this a try, seeing as his not only did it not reel me in, but turned me away
I need more. .. Some times these great stories ends in 40 chapters.... Please update more it is a great story to continue

The story contains so many elements that I think everyone would be able to find something they like, be it Chinese mythology, the food, Taoist concepts, a glimpse of daily life in rural China, or a creepy twist that'll give you goosebumps.

Very interesting story with some unique ascpects that I haven’t seen in other novels with systems. Steady release too, only complaint is chapters are slightly on the shorter side compared to translated novels. Overall, highly recommend as it has an interesting build

Don't bother reading this trash. The MC literally has no power or agency to even control his own life. He's weak and continuously assaulted. Moreover, he's extremely wishy-washy. Read chp63, if u can stomach a weak pussyfooting MC then go ahead. Heck the 'plot' isn't even that great.
