Honestly, it's boring. I am at chapter 50s, and the only reason I am pushing through is because of the MC's crazy shenanigans.I can't help but compare it to LOTM given the fact that it's the same author. What can I say? Volume 1 of Embers ad infinitum felt underwhelming. The action sequences are so-so, it makes sense, but it lack artistic flair.My opinion may change after another 50 chaps. I love how supernatural occurrences coincde with the scientific aspects produced by human civilizations.
