The stakes in this story are layered in the best way. On the surface, it's a bar confrontation—Fu Siqi vs. her cheating ex. Simple, right? Wrong. Because underneath that, there's Su Luoyan's secret life. She's been visiting the country in secret, staying with Fu Cheng Shen, hiding her relationship from everyone including her best friend. What happens when that secret gets exposed? That's the REAL tension here. Wu Zixing's line about Fu Siqi "probably being passed around" is disgusting but it also reveals something important—he assumes the worst about women because he's projecting his own guilt. And when Su Luoyan defends Fu Siqi by splashing that drink, she's not just being a good friend. She's drawing a line. She's showing that she won't tolerate this kind of treatment, which means she's also protecting something bigger—her own position in this world. The Mo family connection adds another layer of stakes. These guys think mentioning the Mo family will intimidate her, but Su Luoyan's response—pretending to be impressed while actually mocking them—shows she's not afraid. But the question remains: how long can she maintain this carefully constructed life before everything collapses? And who is that second man with the intimidating gaze? The suspense is killing me.
I just completed the story. loved it. auri was a great character, so strong. is there a story for Vale to come?

I love this book/novel, beautiful story and very strong male and female leads character from beginning till the end as King Alpha and princess/Queen Luna. Worth reading/spending money!!! One of my favourite from here highly recommend.
