Yoo Chun Young and Yi Ruda indirect kiss lmao
I only read up to ch 8 at the time I wrote this review, so take it with a grain of salt.
This book got potential. The blurb interest me tbh, because I like independent, strong, and self-sufficient female lead.
However, the first chapter opening was confusing, speaking of writing, although it got better soon. There are a few typos, but I can manage to auto-correct in my head. At least, it wasn't as bad as other books I've read, but it does distracted me from being immersed. Some scenes, seemed to have weird, unsatisfyingly explained, timing that just doesn't fit with events happening in previous scenes.
Characters feels a bit rushed. Some are unnecessarily mysterious, others are kinda have no reason to behave the way they are with their initial background. Even the main lead was kinda superficial, because while readers get why she wanted revenge logically, there wasn't much too make her relatable emotionally.
Story development up to the one I read feels rushed (which contributed to the section above). Personally, I feel like the impact of the breaking point wasn't meaningful because the lack of insight into main char's psychological state. How distraught was she? How deep the betrayal she feels? And this continues, with main char facing events after events with "downtime" scenes just being kinda info dumped.
I prefer slow-burning stories for this kind of theme, so maybe that was why I find it hard getting immersed. I do not mean to discourage, so please don't be discouraged author!! The plot is interesting, after all, and the promise the blurb sells (revenge story like no other) pique my interest to see how it unfolds.
I like the novel but mc is just too unbearable sometimes. He's a reincarnation but he acts soo childish.. tbh mc is the only problem in the novel.. hopefully in future chapters he will start to mature as he was supposed to be considering that he is a reincarnator
I’ve read up to around 243 as of now but this arc I’m reading currently is incredibly frustrating your having people continually beating the Mc it’s too point where I’m amazed when he isn’t defeated in fight at this point
It was sooo good at the start then started to go downhill then further down I was like what is happening anymore? I am still reading the same novel?
I enjoy the story but the number of errors in the writing itself is atrocious. I understand that many of these stories are translated, however, that does not excuse the lack or capital letters or other punctuation. Please also work on defining when someone is speaking more clearly. I missed half of a conversation because I thought the MC was talking to himself.

it's interesting but I might likely die from cringe soon and it has a bit of grammatical errors, it's manageable though ....................
Love this! Easily one of the better novels on here, despite the authors peculiarities (his obsession with one liners after long pauses) they have created a really solid world and nice reading experience. Overall it’s a very fun read and I am expecting it to get even better!
Although i do have some complaints but they’re more about my preferences than the authors writing quality. The only technical thing I could say about this is that the author should be careful not to subconsciously or otherwise become consumed by the Chinese fiction way of writing, fellow cultiva- Ahem, anyways, some vibes I got were very manuah-y or whatever you’d call that spice. Its not an entirely technical complaint and also more of my preference but sudden vibe changes do ruin the pace and already built atmosphere of what you’ve got!
Also I’d like to see how the waifus progress! Hopefully they do get an important role after their power ups and development. I’ve seen too many stories where the girls around the mc are immortals with one in a million years bodies only for it to become completely pointless and a waste of time because the Mc has become so much more stupidly powerful than them, where their progress might as well not even matter. Although so far you have done really well with them, and because of it i am even more invested in how they’ll become later on! I hope the Mc doesn’t lose the need to depend on their capabilities because so far you’ve done really well with it. I also like you writing more about the emotional and mental aspect of things and their relationships. (But perhaps you can hold back on those paragraphs of whatever the mc tries to do to sound wise and experienced? It’s probably one of the only things I actually found a bit hard to read so far.)
Ah, also I gave about three stars because although the story is a good read it has the potential to be even better! Don’t rush and trust the process, it’s usually better that way! So many authors that get told their stories are good end up rushing things to get even more praise or whatever and ruin the good they had! But also don’t waste chapters please! Well, those date chapters were really nice though
Good story, the main character does not conform to either the stereotypical god-like villain mold, nor does he conform to the stupidly op hero mold. He seems human-like in that he makes mistakes, but at the same time, his foreknowledge should not be underestimated. All in all linri harclaw, and the soul inside him named max is a character that is human and relatable. His fellow companions are human like as well displaying flaws and mistakes that make the novel all the more compelling.
is it possible for random people to translate these type of novels?? especially when its machine translated. I would like to try translating, its to painful to read
