Interesting story! Has a hooking start, and interesting character developments. At first, it might seem like the typical cliché stuck-in-a-videogame type novel, but I can assure you, it's much more than that. The first few chapters are simply character introductions and setting up the environment, but I expect the story to skyrocket as more chapters are released. Overall, this was definitely an easy read, with hardly any grammatical mistakes or inconsistent writing flow. ;)Definitely recommend this light novel to anyone who's looking for an exciting joy read at 2 am!

Seriously one of the best story I've read in webnovel, the start is rough but the writing style is consistent, the story is good with an actual backstory and with interconnected karma and other shenanigans, it's actually become a dang good reading material! love the comedy, love the drama, a very good slice of life, keep reading it folks! And you won't be disappointed.
Can't recommend it. Sounded interesting but everyone including the MC is very very dumb. Just read the first 3 chapters to know whats wrong. If you can get pass everyone being dumb and stuff not making sense then this is the novel may be enjoyable.

This is translation review, not novel review.
If you are not familiar with it, webnovel has started westernizing most of the novels in 2021. This is awful practice that kills original novel. At best you get only names, places and organizations westernized and at worst you get half novel gutted and other half totally rewritten by translator.
With best case scenario you get only names, places and organizations westernized which introduces plotholes cause while names are westernized, actual writing and character culture arent. You get chinese way of thinking, chinese places and organizations translated into most famous western (USA) alternatives and as a result you see absurdity.
And with the worth case scenario, you are not actually reading original authors work, but some "translators" plagiarization cause half novel is removed (sometimes critical explanations) and other half is badly rewritten. And cause this requires so much work compared to normal translation, either webnovel is stealing original authors work and rewriting it (cause most of those novels dont come from qidian) or they are just using translators that dont know chinese so they are rewriting story with help of MTL (seen too many edited MTL translations lately on webnovel).
overall any westernized novel deserves automatic 1 star review.
