this novel can occupy the first place in the ranking, if only the releases were 7 chapters per weekT_T_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
This is a great story for those who wants this kind of Genre about Games. Although this is not my kind of Genre, but it's a unique one since it is the trend nowadays. The grammar, punctuations, and capitalizations needs to be proofread and be corrected. And for that I gave you a 4 stars.Keep it up author!
The entire story line is not about how great the MC as a Close Combat Mage but how he forms a party of magicians and finds his dad. His dad is some kind of super powerful entity because he had amnesia. To all people who wants to be powerful like gods, then have amnesia and leave behind your wife and kid. It is a guarantee from what I have read in this book.???
love it think it's unique but I hope u update more its a bummer that it doesen't update as much as other novels :( nc novel tho btw
I read to chapter five, and I can already tell that it's just a generic wish-fulfillment story. So far, we have gotten introduced to the main character, a random country bumpkin. He sees a cute girl on the train, and she ends up talking to him because she is nice. He then states that he will make lots of money, get multiple wives, and go to university because his village chief said to do so. He acts extremely arrogant about this, naturally frustrating the girl. Then he reads her palm and sees that they are "compatible" then he demands that she be his first wife. The girl didn't like this, and neither did two men near her. But what's this?! the men are dying? Good thing that the MC has the ability to cure anything using traditional Chinese medicine, which is lost to time, for no explained reason. He then tells them the only way he will treat them is if his "First Wife" tells him to. She reluctantly does so, then after he treats them in some ridiculous ways, the girl all of a sudden is in love with him, feeling jealous that he hadn't gotten her number yet.As I said, I can already tell this is generic wish fulfillment, so if you enjoy that you might like this.
i am in chapter 22 right now and what i can say is that the mc is a man that don't care about using others to reach his goalsbut what i don't like is that when it come to his grandparents he become like a kid who hasn't seen the world like cmonImagine the man who lived millions years and slept with countless beauties to blush with the mere mentioning about a girl in front his grandmotherand he get very emotional with them and that's fine but at least act like your age manAnyway I am only on chapter 22 and so I hope he won't keep acting like a kid with themThat's only my opinion if you don't like it you can ignore it just thought about writing itother than that the story seems interesting and so far i liked it. i will read to the latest chapter soon and i will write another reviewNote : English is not my main language
I love it!!! I wish i could time travel to the future just to read the complete novel without waiting.Keep it up with this one pls author-san!!!
I'll keep it short, the author is either a troll or has nil experience in all the tags on this story. This story is logic-free and every single detail in it is worthy of a bucket of cringe.Mc character: idiotic. Game mechanics: wacky at best. World building: kindergarten-level imagination. Plot: Don't know. My braincells lost weight after reading though. Read at your own risk.I really wanted to like the story but i failed. I wish you good luck in that endeavor!
First off please DONT BELIEVE the people giving this novel horrible reviews for the below reasons. The number one complaint I've been seeing is that this mc is a *****, horny, and greedy idiot who constantly get schemed against. I can garintee you that either a.) The only read the beginning, or b.) They skimmed through the later chapters without any kind of in depth reading. The mc in this novel does begin the story as a spoiled, *****, and sheltered kid who doesn't understand how the world works. He gets tricked, kidnapped, enslaved and damn neer killed within a short period of time. Throughout this he whines and complains like any other normal kid would under the circumstances. He lusts after woman and is to ***** to prevent anyone from scheming against him. He isn't like your normal reincarnated/ transmigrated mc who remains calm, cool, and collected in all situations while having trump cards and backup plans. No, instead we get to see this annoying little brat grow and mature through trial after trial that gradually shapes him into a strong, competent, and intelligent young man. He still has his short comings, as it isn't like he learns all the mysteries of the world immediately, but he learns from his mistakes and grows as a very young cultivator. If there was a flaw to point out it would be in his greed for food and resources, however, I see it as more of a funny personality quirk that is similar (but not quite as bad) to the mc from novels like Overgeared and Legendary Moonlight Sculpter at their later stages. It never gets to out hand but is included for some comic relief here and there.I don't know about you but I'm tired of the stereotypical, scheming, all knowing and over powered protagonists that never seems to experience any growth of change in their character. This mc starts out very unpolished but gradually changes overtime due to the people he meets and situations he is unwilling thrust into. He is even presented with several deeper moral dilemmas that go beyond the typical "kill all my enemies" creed that most mc follow. No matter how he changes, however, he stays determined to never lose that part of him that was a warm and kind child.Another complaint is his power not being more than only consuming stuff and supplying him energy. Like being able to inherit memories of whatever he consumed. This is really a non issue because this author places allot of attention on the MC's growth in maturity and in his knowledge/awareness of the outside world. If he could inherit memories the mc would automatically know everything and would run contrary to the authors intentions of the MC's growth and discovery of the mysterious world he lives in. His cheat is powerful enough as it is. If it was any more op he would really on it to much, especially in the earlier parts of the novel. So does this novel have it's problems? Yes it does. Sometimes stuff seems happens out of no where and the battle scenes could use some work. The typical unavoidable tropes that accompany the genre are also present. There are a number of things to complain about but nothing so big that it takes away from ones overall enjoyment of the novel. I especially like how the author mixes Eastern and Western cultures, myths and religious figures into the story by way of multiple universes. Not to mention a great love interest that is unexpected but endearing (granted, it is annoying he does need to save her later but she's still a great character). This is a suprisingly good novel, however, I realise that it's not for everyone. It can be polarizing due to the nature of the mc but if you can get past the that it can be a great read.
Alternatively known as “Descent of God of Magic”, this novel is shorter relative to others (less than 800 chapters), but it is a good read (although the ending feels a liitle rushed). MC travels to a game world and has a level system that gives him missions and lets him upgrade his level of magic. Armed with his knowledge from the game, MC is OP, but has a very likeable personality. He is intelligent and excels in strategies, but he is also willing to help others and go the extra mile. Romance is well developed with one key love interest (a plus for those who don’t like MC picking up girls everywhere. MC does have other women attracted to him). Overall, a recommended read.
Need a lot of room for improvement. But it's still a good novel. It's my own bias opinion, you should read before jumping on conclusion that the novel is not good just by looking at some random review.?
Crap, just trash.MC was killed by a typical thief and was isekai'd into a retarded 12 year old former genius, the first thing he does is go for a walk and ends up in a regular cliche. What's terrible about this novel is how stupid MC is, he was tricked by a kid into drinking poisonous tea, the reason he drank it was because the kid was like "it's not pensioned, I swear!" Suprise, suprise. It was pensioned.. Author uses this to give MC his cheat or whatever, which he feels guilt over since it wasn't originally his, amazing right? He found it in dumb-**** nowhere and he's feeling guilty. Next he proudly exposes that he's no longer retarded and has regained his "talent" to literally everyone, it's not like someone killed your father, and tried to kill you because you were both "talented' Author decided that MC has split personality disorder, calling him "Chen" in the narration and "Tian" to everyone else. As the reader and not another mob character for the MC, I find this utterly frusterating.Next is his mother and grandfather, MC was drugged and kidnapped in broad daylight, and nobody finds out, Amazing. If I had that level of stealth I would be so happy, I could sneak into all the shoppers drug marts and overdose without anyone finding out so I can forget about this novel. Anyways, his grandpa and mom didn't assign him a single supervisor despite him being "retarded." Which is, retarded. Honestly you have a kid who everyone thinks to have the IQ of a 2 year old, and how can he not have a single guard or supervisor. This caused him to be kidnapped, yay. Takes along time for background information of the world and cultivation to come out, MC acts all arrogant and shit for no apparent reason. Just think of a typical japanese Isekai "hero" from shield hero or some shit that acts like a typical douche, that's MC. Apparently innocent, but his character takes a 180 because his cousin tried to kill him and kills a guy without batting an eyelid, for someone from probably our world he might be a physcopath. This amazing move can only be considered a pro-gamer move, as a person of the same world I can only accede to his intellect on what to do when being isekai'd into an unknown wuxia world, not being cautious, but be a target. You've enlightened me author, many thanks, would only recommend to a vegetable.
