i think this is a masterpiece of a novellove the main reminds me of a kinder version of leylin from WMWthe way the main acts even with his bagground is very interesting and makes the novel much lighter which makes it enjoyable for a wider range of readers

first let me tell you that this review contains spoiler !is it worth your money ? ( coins )It depends . If you enjoy stories without harem / romance / then go ahead . It's a gold .If you want a harem tag tagging along then it's a disappointment harem - no there isn't .I'm the type of guy who doesn't read novels if it doesn't have harem tag .. no harem ? drop ! . but the author doesn't come clean about if it contains harem and to find out your self . Remember he doesn't say that it doesn't contains harem and to find out your self .. which is a bait to capture more readers .Personal review - 1 -200 chapters all the mc does is train ,eat , sleep , have a mental breakdown , and the cycle repeats itself . I thought of dropping couple of times but went forward anyway . It's quite irritating at this rate .after chapter 300 it's quite readable and story continues to get interesting . And it made me forgot all the frustration I had previously .I dropped at 402 chapter after the protagonist wants to share about orgin of him and his teacher ( they are from earth ) and about the god to others . It destroyed the full meaning of the story for me and I don't like when the protagonist goes around telling others about his secret / Trump card / system / god / reincarnation etc .. what's the point ? it's the only thing that makes mc unique and, I think people who argue about it are people pleasers . whatever is the case I don't care anymore . . natural review- extremely well detailed story , slow I mean extremely slow story till 300 chapter and later story takes off .Interesting world background .Good updating stability .well though story and characters development .if you can handle till 300 chapters . .. you won't be disappointed .
I won't spoil specifi things in the story. Ugh..... This is a "good" story. I say good like that because, while it is good, IET created a terrible plot device in it. I flat out wanted to drop the novel simply because of that. I didn't but the update pace was slow, or I got preoccupied with other things, so I stopped reading. It's no coincidence that as soon as that shift happened in the story, I up and dropped it. That said, the world, concepts of cultivation etc. Were actually great, as someone else said it's an IET novel. So naturally expect actually decent, and not simply padding storylines. The other thing, is to remember it's an IET novel, and the bad parts? Yeah, well there is a really bad part in here. It made no sense whatsoever. Yet, he went through with it, and did it. Most readers are probably aware of what I'm talking about.Out of all the novels I have read from him. This is by far the worse. And, yes, it's from one ****** plot device. In the grand scheme of things it's not bad at all. Even his worse, is still better than 90% of whatever is on here.Something to keep in mind, is that despite my misgivings, I plan on giving all my stones every day. Something I will keep reading, despite my misgivings. Just as how I powered through DE, because it was good. That also had one specific plot device, that absolutely made sure it would never be called a masterpiece. Yet, it is easily in the top 5 novels I have read. Yikes this was long.
Kinda have cliche part✓ Mc w/ Past Life Memories and Fire Attribute✓ Silver haired little sister with Yin Constitution✓ Caring Mother✓Engagement✓ Some opposive family members.✓higher realmBut who cares for generic characters as long as they are good, What I like is consistency of the story that won't make you drop it easily and will keep your interest (from the past novel of author haha). MC's not to cocky and he learned from his past life mistake (not all who have reincarnated are matured), I can see potential heroines and looking forward for their twisted development ? , It is fun to read if you are harem lover with non-harem-seeking-Protagonist (he hasn't show his desire yet?) . Plus points for the Chinese Names that should be in these kind of settings (xianxia, xuanhuan, wuxia). It's still to early to judge but I'm kinda excited for the development especially those characters around MC. Despite having some typo, G errors, and redundancy the writing method and how author narrates story is good and easy to understand. Overall it is highly recommended is you have like this kind of genre, if not then you can try it as well we all welcome potential Men of culture.

Okay so this whole Gongsun Sheng situation is genuinely one of my favorite character dynamics in the book. On the surface, he presents himself as this broke, humble scholar who can't even afford to eat out — you know, the classic modesty move. But then Mingtang tips that basket upside down and silver spills everywhere. The moment she wraps it up and tells her brother "your tuition is secured" — that hit me hard. This man is about to be posted to Yanqi, a land described as "without order or law," for three to five years, and instead of keeping his money, he's quietly funding this family's survival. What really gets me is how Shen Fu reacts. He doesn't just say thanks and move on. He raises his teacup and bows solemnly, voice thick with emotion. These two men have a history — Gongsun Sheng mentions "you have helped me many times before" — and this gift is part of a longer exchange of kindness that neither of them is willing to publicly acknowledge. It's not charity. It's reciprocity between people who understand each other. And Mingtang — she doesn't flaunt the discovery. She doesn't confront Gongsun Sheng about it. She just quietly tucks the silver into her clothing and moves on with preparing the meal. Her dignity is intact, and she protects everyone else's too. That's the kind of character writing that makes you actually respect the people on the page.
