according to the bible god created everything and yet still flooded the earth killing lots of people and sends people to hell for eternal torment if they're bad despite god creating them and supposedly being omniscient meaning he already knows in advance who's going to do bad things so it's probably about the same tbh
I think the default chinese cultivator is more aloof and uncaring than malicious, at least initially tbh. Like they wouldn't go out of their way to kill mortals for the hell of it, but given the flimsiest excuse they would do it.
I can't really say I'm a big fan of the mc. His thoughts are too childish and for someone who supposedly spent his entire life trying to survive, he's real stupid. No one would place a grudge over their own life and ignore multiple near death experiences just for the sake of grudge completion. His interactions with other people and his way of problem solving would leave him completely alone in life with no one associating with him unless he's a hired gun. The story itself isn't bad but, the m.c. is trash.
Short and sweet story. FL is really funny while telling the story.
