-Translation Quality (4 Stars)Translator clearly put more effort than the rest of other trial reads who just use ML translations. I would’ve given 5 stars if not for some terms being changed between chapters and some sentences that don’t make since since they’re just translated straight from the original Chinese version but it’s very much still readable-Stability of Updates (5 stars)Duh-Story Development (4 stars)I like the story thus far and it has shown promise to be a good novel in the future. The story is more down to earth with the main character being closer to a normal person with a father, mother and and extended family that he’s close to. Plus he’s not ridiculously untalented or talented and he’s not a transmigrator who knows absolutely nothing and he’s more of a person who has lived 17 years in his world. My only worry is that the author just rehashes the “a war has started and I need to do missions” when the MC enters uni. (Oh also there’s no nationalism until chapter 70 something cause that’s the farthest I’ve reached in the raws)-Character Design (3 stars)Very generic.-World Background (3.5 stars)I like how much information the author seems to give about the world however I would’ve liked it to be given more naturally and less through exposition (that sometimes feels like it doesn’t really matter) which will definitely put off a lot of people. -OverallI like this novel but it’s certainly not everyone’s cup of tea but I found significantly better than the rest of the trial reads this time around and obviously a whole lot better than some of the recent previous batches.
The story is fun to read. It is rapid paced and constantly moving forward in at least one of the major points of interest. The characters are fun to read and that combined with the rapid pacing of the overall story keeps everything fun and moving forward. However, it blatantly fails at anything approaching realism in an apocalypse, so if that will bug you then you shouldn't be reading it. The worldbuilding overall is below average even for web fiction, and it probably could be most generously described as better than the worst of fanfiction on that front. But yeah... It is a mess.
MC: who does not have anything special, does not have or does not use the brain, makes all the decisions based on his little friend between his legs, in this world where he is basically a "God" but still lets his wife make decisions like "what will be the status of women, wife, slave, maid etc ..., she made a decision like this: you will no longer leave this domain, and he basically accepted, the author also made her accept a request from mc, but honestly the mc has the power to do what he wants, but instead he obeys like a dog, the author makes coincidences like: the demons went to war and coincidentally all the men were summoned ... (probably dead) MC knows a woman with a child and basically beyond saving her he decides to accept her as wife or rather he has to wait and see if he "can" mc decided to be the father of the child who has no relationship with him, all this in one chapter with just the A few minutes, every woman who looks at mc decides to open her legs to him, because his beauty is transcendental ... (author leaves several messages saying he does not want criticism or if it has to be constructive, does not want criticism? Are you on the wrong planet, do you want constructive criticism? this is the same as saying: I want something that I agree with.
While I can't deny that there are some of the usual cliches for the modern cultivation genre, this story has enough twists on them that it manages to differentiate itself.Unlike a lot of the genre, this MC doesn't have a system, and doesn't need to cultivate after being reborn. He's strong from the start with just some one paragraph throwbacks to what allowed him to develop whatever skill he's using to get through a situation. He seems a bit arrogant, but in general it only comes across that way due to his blunt language. He's a country boy who has overinflated goals, but doesn't see why that's a problem since it just makes sense to him when he has the ability to achieve them. He sees it more as he's not the weird one, the city folk are the ones who don't get it.Granted the whole "city folk are just weird/crazy/complicated/arrogant" shtick will probably get old, but it wasn't quite overbearing, at least for the duration of the trial read. And the story is funny enough so far to have gotten a few chuckles, and at least two seriously laugh out loud moment. The main issue I could see from the trial read is that the early chapters are pretty loose and lighthearted with all the bumpkin-ness, but toward the end it starts getting a little... dark. Oddly enough the real laughs were in the later chapters as well, but as you learn about the MC, you realize he's still definitely a bumpkin, but he's not all fun and games, just mostly.
Great job translating wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
The plot is interesting and the story flows smoothly. I wonder how will I feel if someone chose me for something like that ? A whole new concept for me. Increases curiosity of reader at every other point. Good work author :)
The story is pretty amazing. It was pretty weird at first but then you start to understand everything. I would really recommend to read this story.

I literally cant read the story and follow whats happening, in the first chapter alone he gets a call then gets into his car and then it jumps to he is in a car with someone and they dead leg each other? then he gets a call about a medical transport and told that it isn't a rally, then it cuts to him writing down some race cars racing results. Worse than MTL and that's really telling.
