One dimension story with anything goes. You read this for the stop gag comedy but cold jokes every line makes the story incoherent and it becomes a 5min lame reality comedy show every chapter.

Is it only me who really dislikes MC who transmigrate and mope around until they gain a system, creating a character whose only positive points are created by chance might be easy but is not something valuable for further plot progression. Systems are generally very easy to write, hard to balance and take away a major part of the excitement and mystery of a cheat.Anyway, the MC doesn't use his cheat intelligently, the OC are generic and sexual themes are everywhere. The characters are 12-13, why is everything about the other gender? Background of this world, the MC and the OCs is also very weird, almost like the author didn't care and just wanted to get to the good part of the story.
I need to talk about the atmosphere in this book because the author really knows how to paint a scene. The opening at that noodle shop? Perfect. You've got this awkward, unfamiliar couple sitting across from each other, both pretending to be busy—Wen Li scrolling through her phone like she's searching for something, Shen An observing her with this quiet amusement. The hot noodles arriving after they'd been drinking alcohol, the steam, the comfort of it all—it just felt so REAL. Like I was there watching these two people who are supposed to be married but have zero chemistry yet. But the bedroom scene? Oh my god. Two people in a massive bed with an invisible line down the middle, both pretending to sleep. Wen Li holding her breath so Shen An could point it out—"You can breathe while sleeping"—I literally laughed out loud. The moonlight filtering through the window, Shen An waiting until she was actually asleep before turning toward her to gaze at her face? That was written with such delicate tension. You could feel the awkwardness AND the unspoken curiosity between them. The Wen family mansion scene was also brilliantly done. The fake warmth, the forced compliments about weight and complexion, the way Zhao Lanzhi reaches for Wen Li's hand only to have it smoothly withdrawn. The author doesn't need to describe the opulence of the house—the tension in every exchanged glance says it all. These people are performing affection like it's a business transaction, and it's chilling.
