I havent touched top 100 novels for almost a year.
Ranking system is bull sh*t.
I realized that when i found "im the god of trickery" smth got on top 7. And i dropped that sh*t right in chap 1.
"The dark hero" just furthermore confirms my idea that ranking system is sh*t. For ur information, only took me 14 chap to drop that novel.
U can know how sh*t is the ranking system just by the fact that ETCL is around 400, Tsukigamichio is around 500-600, demon lackery and Kidnapped dragon are around 200-300 last time i check them.

+ MC was rational and overall didn't come across as dumb or annoying
- Translation was very subpar, sometimes it was even not translated
- The narrator just keeps d*ck riding the MC
- From chapter 300 it just feels like the author has given up, way too many new “energies” when it was unnecessary

I totally agree, I was expecting something to develop between his master and him but the plot was so rushed leaving the story kinda frustrating. Plus the success rate system was overshadowed by the update lucky draw system.
