First of all CONGRATULATIONS for coming on the second spot in the Contest.You diverted from your romance style and tried something different and I liked it.It wasn't up to the mark but for the first try it was good. I hope you'll try out other genres too. You can do good in that as well I think. About the book I would say that there could have. been more story. However I know it was for a contest so.....The last chapter was unexpected.... directly five years later. And I felt that there are loose ends in the story. I don't know whether you have left it for purpose or it was because you wanted to complete the story but there are.It was a good try and it is a good story.Also update regularly.
Everything in the story which is described by the author is quite good and the main character Arlo 's back story was very sad. And the way he fought with the zombies is very impressive, if you are thinking to read a novel which is about a protagonist in the zombie world this novel will be a good choice.
The poems are so good(there are many lines with whom I can relate), and the way you write things and express them are really amazing, the characters feel real. Great work!
So far from what I've read it's seems to be a really good story and I feel it could go far. Keep up the great work and sending out chapters. Love you man

I thought I was going to be bored with this light novel but to my surprise it was actually not bad thought the Male lead is to stiff but that's what makes this novel unique

Read Demon's Diary in other places. Already translated up to over 700 chapters. Demon's Diary is a really good novel especially for xianxia.Qidian, pick up World's Best Martial Artist instead!!! It doesn't lose out to Lord of Mysteries and is unreadable by RAW :/
