Story is cliche xianxia rubbish, main character ‘fails’ to awaken bloodline because ****ty father refuses to allow his son to be acknowledged by means of some stupid pendant placed on him as a baby, sister just keeps on insisting that nothing is worthy of the mc because of his ‘status’ (doesn’t mention what this ‘status’ is and just asks the mc to wait), mc is just underestimated as **** with absolutely no personality or any defining traits that make this novel stand out from the generic and cliche xianxia crap. Dropped at ch 50. Couldn’t bear to read any further. Bland storyline is torture.
I quite enjoy this story, although quite generic like any other novel, it has it's interesting aspects. The only problem I have with this novel is the slow updates and translation. I'm sure the translators are working hard on this novel but my only suggestion is to improve translation quality. Other than that Martial god space is quite a fun read especially for beginners.
Why do all protagonists have an obsession with deafeating Buddah? I mean I get demons since demons are meant to be the bad guys but on a more serious note this looks like an interesting novel.
there's a lot of loopholes and unused abilities and a lot of stupidity:1-enhance the pills at the beginning then stop for no reason!!2-enhance the treasure on random basis (only ****ty treasure gets an enhancement but good and world treasures don’t!! WHY?)3-can't he concoct pills in secluded area!!?4-start concocting pills in very smart, theoretical and comprehensive way , suddenly became stupid in "disheveled hair and bloodshot eye" way, repeatedly 5-no character development at all (enforced stupidity for some repeated cliché) 6-no need to talk about the enforced stupid ****ty romance

But it is most definitely his most beautiful work till date. So much so that I would rank it just below Mao ni's nightfall and I Am Ink's grasping evil.This novel has transcended the bounds of xianxia, just like my former mentions. It is emotionally verbose to a very magnitude.Some of the underlying philosophies are such that each of us might relate to it some extent. Agreed, that this novel is not without er gen's use of his typical plot devices and grand scale deus ex machina, some of which might even be considered cliché, but nonetheless, it is a stellar novel. With a mind blowing world building, super emo characters and er gen's standard 'screw the heavens' tone of the protag throughout the story, this should be a definite read for the enlightened readers looking for something meaty, especially if you're looking for grit in a xianxia which is rarer than a blue moon

Wonderful novel. Have a concept of modern world reincarnation not showing unnecessary cultivation, magic etc. Just a little slow but overall it is good
Please don't spend money reading this, if you enjoy the first 40 chapters that's great, i did too, but after that they went full on unedited MTL, and when i say unedited, i mean it's all one giant block of text.

the only reason its not all 5 is the update love this book i read a lot almost never rate and this wasn't even in the range of my novel i don't understand basketballs but i love this novel
