Okay so let me just say this whole arc is genuinely brilliant plot weaving and I need to talk about it. On the surface, it's a mosquito bite. Just a mosquito bite. Leng Yaoda gets itched, Zhou Yingkui grabs her wrist, and it turns out to be nothing. But the layers here are insane. The original Leng Yaoda had allergies—this body shouldn't have them—but she still gets this reaction. Is it really just a mosquito? Or is it something else? The text literally says "could it be that even in a different body, she would still have allergies?!" and then immediately undercuts it with the mosquito reveal. That's not sloppy writing—that's misdirection. The author wants us (and the other characters) to think it's something bigger, something connected to her transmigration, and then slaps us with "it's just a bug." But here's what really got me: Zhou Yingkui noticing. He's the Regent. He's cold, calculating, barely tolerates people. And yet he spots a faint red swelling on her wrist and immediately goes, "Let me take a look." Not because he cares—well, maybe because he cares, but he'd never admit it. He covers it with "I studied medicine for two years" like that's a normal thing to just drop in conversation. Masterful character work. Then there's the subplot thread with Leng Yaoda writing down "Memory Review" because she's afraid she'll forget the original plot. That's not just a cute detail—that's the central tension of the entire novel sitting right there on the page. She's building a safety net for her own sanity. If she forgets who she is, she loses everything. And the fact that the original body's memories are already growing fuzzy? That's a ticking clock the author is setting up. I'm genuinely worried she's going to miss something important because she forgot to write it down. Also the Su Luo'an observation at the end—"she's become oddly different, though I can't quite pinpoint what exactly is off"—is such a perfect plot device. Everyone around her is noticing the changes but nobody can name them. That's dramatic irony at its finest, and it's going to create SO many problems for her later.
Can we just talk about how Qi Chenyan is absolutely losing his mind over He Sheng and honestly I understand him so much it hurts? This man has loved Shi Xing since childhood, has watched her marry someone else, has been rejected for over a decade, and what does he do when he finally gets her alone? He finds a tie clip with a note that says "Happy birthday, A Sheng" and his entire world cracks open. The fact that He Sheng's birthday was THREE DAYS AGO and she never gave him the gift? That's the kind of detail that makes my blood boil on his behalf. But here's what's actually fascinating about their relationship dynamic—Qi Chenyan isn't just jealous, he's desperate. When he proposes, he's not asking because he's confident she'll say yes. He's asking because he's terrified she'll say no, and he's trying to lock her down before she realizes she could do better. The scene where he covers her eyes and says "if Xingxing lies to me..." is him literally unable to look at her because he's afraid of seeing rejection in her face. And yet he still touches her. Still calls her baby. Still pulls her close. This push-pull between wanting her and not trusting her is the core of their entire relationship and it's written so beautifully. Meanwhile Shi Xing is over here genuinely falling for him (or is she?) while carrying the weight of her past life memories. The wedding rings she tried on in secret? That's not just a nostalgic detail—that's proof she once wanted this too. Their relationship is a minefield and I cannot look away.

I love the story so far, the pacing and world building is great but I'm begging you to please use dialog and conversation between characters more often to explain the world and also to develop the characters. Thanks you for the story so far I'm excited to see where it goes. (also please please keep the main characters relationship monogamous, there's plenty of harem stuff out there and I appreciate the relationship they have)

Vile they were but had been born from atrocities committed by mankind. What can we or should you expect ? Honestly ain't really sure ?? Buh damn you all? From what we got it is a really interesting idea but the writing needs to improve, i don't mean this in a bad way for example you use the same words a lot of times like I , I said ,I thought you could next time use stuff like as i said, thinking to my self, doing so basically try and use different words. The second issue was you don't let us find stuff for ourselves for example when Cyrus's dad tanked the fire ball and said "I'm immune" it sounded dry and boring try only hint that he has those abilities aside from these issues it's really good ?
This is an interesting shelter story with more interesting scenes then most others. I hope we can get more chapters though as there isn’t a lot.
This story is very interesting, it is thrilling and I love the fact that it talks about supernatural powers and entities especially when it has to do with interstellar travel
