Had a good plot.. seems like there is potential.. but have to wait for more chapters..
I've reached chapter 150+ of this novel, and if anyone's interested in reading it, here’s a heads-up: It’s similar to Pokemon, where the main character collects interesting/powerful monsters. His goal seems to be taming rare/unique/legendary monsters. He also has a domain, a separate space where he can do whatever he wants. So far, there’s no harem or fan service. If you're into casual reads with a focus on monster taming and building an army, you might enjoy this novel. I'm really invested in it and looking forward to more updates!

Before thinking whether to read the novel or not just read the first chapter on author thought.The storyline and plot is surprisingly detailed and the author managed to write a story where the world doesn't revolve around MC but it's not a multiple POV type story. (Good for me)All major encounters with other characters are logical and they don't just pop out of nowhere just because the plot demands it...they are always given a little background which makes them alive and believable.... except MC's mother side of family. but I guess that will be revealed later. Side characters appear and leave logically and not because of random plot.The story has 2-3 cliche parts but the execution and results are very different from the normal...(*spoiler- there is tournaments and mc finding rare spirit beast and a young master goes after the MC for he talked to his supposed wife/girl...but in a totally different way*)Otherwise this story is kingdom building in a poor abandoned land...mc has his OP inheritance but doesn't use hack techniques to improve his land but simply expensive very scarce resources which any normal lord will spend only on himself. In short the kingdom building is realistic too, compared to other novels where mc is either reincarnation from future or from earth...Another thing in novel you will find interesting is the cultivation system and the structure of cultivation world in general. the difference between different states of cultivation is not insurmountable and those in the same stages is even more so... atleast in the starting and mid stages...this makes it interesting as just having higher cultivation doesn't mean sure victory..it comes down to how good their techniques are and thier teamwork....This is refreshing after reading so many one man army MCs...The world-building in general is great the noble families, the commoners they act differently than the stereotype established in other novels...like nobles are oppressive and common men are miserable and only the mc saves them and they will grateful to eternity.well that's it ..I ranted a lot .... author keep up the good work, I generally don't start reading new novels unless they have 300+ chapters coz this site has given me many heartbreaks but I changed my mind after reading your first chapter so don't you dare disappoint me by dropping it.
I like this book most it is very interesting to read
great novel overall, really excellent at developing the various characters. If I have a gripe it's that it is to slow which is inherently a bad thing but I'm skirting the line between interested and bored. With the constant slow pace I can't bring myself to use anymore points on unlocking chapters. I don't mind it being slow for a few chapters but a lot of the stuff covered in the slow chapters has been covered repeatedly. I'm often paying to read the same content just in a new setting ie now instead of him thinking about it while sitting on a horse he is explaining it to someone.. which makes sense logically but for a reader it's redundant information. Not saying that it needs more action just needs more things than it's currently giving me.
An original story with great expectations.It caught my attention and made me laugh ... the plot kiss the zombieMuch detail and comparison of the character with another character. It has a fine comedy and a language that invites you to continue reading ...
Okay so this whole section is built around this one massive dramatic irony that just sits there like a bomb ticking. Everyone in the compound thinks Su Banxia is turning over a new leaf—she's planting vegetables, she's being helpful, Zhang Xiaolan is practically writing her a recommendation letter. But the reader knows, and Jiang Guo'an knows, that they're already discussing divorce. That line from the narration just hit me like a truck: 'What they didn't know, however, was that the two were already discussing divorce.' The author doesn't even try to hide it. Just drops it in like, yeah, sure, keep farming, keep smiling, the marriage is already dead. And then the canteen scene—Jiang Guo'an offers to take her out, she refuses, he gets mad, storms out, and then COMES BACK with two lunchboxes. That's not a plot convenience, that's a character revelation disguised as a plot beat. He wanted to do something nice and she shut him down, so he found another way. The structure here is doing something really smart: every scene of domestic normalcy is undercut by the divorce subplot, which makes the reader constantly on edge, waiting for the other shoe to drop. The Guangzhou trip setup is also doing heavy lifting. Su Banxia decides to go wholesale clothing—that's her first real move toward financial independence, and it's happening right alongside the divorce discussions. The plot is threading two narratives together: the surface story of a woman becoming capable and the underneath story of a marriage falling apart. They're not separate arcs, they're the same arc viewed from two angles. And I love that the Political Commissar Liu scene reveals the backstory of how they got married in the first place—Jiang Guo'an slapped the marriage certificate down and got criticized for it. That context makes everything that follows so much richer.
great novel its a diamond in the rough. I love the story progression so far. keep up the good work author and hope you continue the novel.----------------------------------------------------- XD
The content is unique in its own way. I can't stop halfway though the chapters really a great outlining. Author update frequently, eager to read the full concept.
