I tried my best to comprehend it, but it was quite challenging, which might have affected my review. Frankly, it was uninteresting and rather lackluster. "Military Empress" is much superior in my opinion.
As for the romantic aspect, it progressed at an excruciating pace. It seemed like their marriage only happened in the final chapter, which is quite amusing given the title. The development of their relationship truly occurred near the very end.
The manhwa is so good and has so much hype behind it. It’s kinda crazy that the novel translations are still behind the manhwa, you’d think the novel would have a lot more chapters translated by now.
